Our young learners have achieved yet another milestone by being a part of “Math O Fun” (Math Quiz)and “Spell Bee” (English Quiz)conducted for the Pre-Primary children. Sri VIS faculty in pace with changing technology

The workshop on Amp Up Students Engagement with Google Apps was attended by Ms Richa Joshi, Ms Pavneet Mago and Ms Dimple.

Our teachers learnt many new things like how to work on google forms, making or creating your own quiz on timeline, how to make your own slides using pear deck app and many more.

Annual Sports Day - I - II

Bright sunshine, green field, sparkling tracks, colourful flags and absolutely radiant & joyful faces of our children marked the Annual Sports Day of Grades I & II on February 13, 2020.

Students of each grade displayed marvellous drills. Students also displayed tremendous enthusiasm, discipline, team spirit and coordination in running various interesting fun races like parachute race, hurdle race, scoop the ball, etc.

Ms Nita Arora , the Head Learner of the school flagged off the races. The release of colourful balloons by the students, marked the soaring spirits and excitement of the young SVISians.

The National Economics Olympiad

The National Economics Olympiad or NEO is an All India Economics Olympiad conducted by the Economics Society of the Shri Ram College of Commerce. Prelims took place on 2nd and 3rd November for the students of Classes 11th and 12th respectively and the finals took place on 9th November for both classes.
The Olympiad was a MCQ based online test with a time limit of 1 hour with 4 sections in the Preliminary Round: Conceptual Understanding, Logical Reasoning, Case Study Analysis & Data Interpretation.
5 students from our school cleared the prelims, four students from class 11th: Ananya Gupta, Tiya Jain, Siddharth Kumar and Kriti Aggarwal and one student from class 12th, Lakshay Jain.

Leadership Conclave 2020 at Indian Habitat Centre tomorrow will see the school Co Learner Ms Nita Arora join the panelists in Discussion on Continuous Professional Development of faculty.

She will also be receiving her Finnish Mahattattva Diploma - 'Teacher as an Innovator' tomorrow.

The various sessions are going to enhance the understanding of school leaders towards Design Thinking and it's cultivation from beginning.

An online quiz on Computer Fundamentals

An online quiz was conducted in Sri Venkateshwar International School by Green Bird Publications based on computer fundamentals on 22 Oct 2019.
42 students from classes VI-VIII enthusiastically participated in the quiz, which not only helped in enhancing their quizzing skills but also made them think logically in a limited time.
Two students: Nakshatra Wadhwa from grade VI and
Chirag Swarnkar from grade VII
won consolation prize of Rs 500 each.
Congratulations to the kids for making the school and their parents proud!
