Eating salads is always a healthy choice, be it with your meals or just by itself.
In order to encourage healthy eating habits, our little chefs of Grade-1 tried their hands on making healthy “Sprout Chat” for their kitchen activity.
Tossed tomatoes, cucumber, potatoes and cottage cheese with some sprouts and tangy dressing was a healthy treat for the tummy.
Kids enjoyed eating salad as much as they enjoyed making it.
They also learnt about the nutritional benefits of eating salads and making them a part of their meal.
